Who decides what price to list at? Do I have to accept an offer I don’t like?

You always have the final say. I provide a data-driven pricing analysis and my professional recommendation, but the listing price and whether to accept any offer is entirely your decision.

How quickly can I sell my home?

Market conditions vary, but with proper pricing and professional marketing, many of my listings receive offers within the first two weeks. I’ll give you a realistic timeline based on current market data for your area.

Can I buy my next home before I sell? I don’t want to end up homeless.

Yes! This is one of my specialties. As a dual-licensed Realtor and Mortgage Broker, I can coordinate bridge loans, extended closings, seller rent-backs, and other strategies so you never have a gap between homes.

What is a seller rent back?
