  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all text messages. You will receive a final confirmation text and no further messages will be sent.
  • Reply HELP at any time for assistance. You will receive a response with contact information.
  • You can also opt out by calling or emailing us directly (see contact info below).

Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email communication or affect any active real estate representation agreement.

Rates and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Xavier Williams Real Estate does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

This service is available on most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier coverage and message delivery are not guaranteed in all areas or on all devices.

How You Opted In

You opted in to receive text messages from Xavier Williams Real Estate through one of the following:

  • Registering on xavierwilliams.com or the IDX property search portal and checking the SMS opt-in box
  • Submitting a home valuation request at xavierwilliams.com/sellers
  • Signing in at an open house and providing your phone number
  • Texting START or contacting us directly and requesting follow-up by text
  • Filling out a contact form and consenting to text communication

Privacy

Your phone number and message history are handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy. I do not sell your phone number or personal information to third parties. Text messages are delivered through Twilio, Inc. in accordance with their privacy practices.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued receipt of messages after changes are posted means you’ve accepted the updated terms. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
